CDL-A Truck Driver – Dedicated Home Weekends
Earn $1,750 to $1,950 per week (Full Time). Dedicated Account
Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401K, PTO, and more.

• Drivers are paid CPM and per load. 100% driver touch required.
• Unload boxes onto a conveyor belt that moves them into the store; freight off the belt is handled by store personnel.
• CPM pay is $0.82–$0.88 per CPM with each trailer unload earning $340.

Two schedules available (assigned during the second interview):
Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday.

The account covers IA, WI, MN, IN, N. KY, and MI.

Trucks are late‑model Freightliner automatics. Drivers may take the truck home provided there is a safe and secure location.

Must live within 100 miles of Joliet.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of OTR, regional, or local experience (cannot include time at truck driving school or with a trainer; must be real team or solo driving).
• No more than two moving violations in the last year.
• No serious moving violations such as careless/reckless, leaving the scene, etc.
• No felonies in the last ten years (reviewed by Safety).
• No misdemeanors in the last four years (reviewed by Safety).
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last five years.
• Updated DOT physical mandatory, must have at least 75 days left on the date of orientation.
