Job Summary
Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience run dedicated regional routes. You are home weekly (weekends are not guaranteed) with average pay of $1500–$2000+/wk.
Drivers also receive a $2500 sign‑on bonus.
Tractors are assigned after completing 1 week paid ride‑along with a current driver.
Operations in IL, WI, IN, MI and drivers are home weekly for a minimum of 34 hours.
Pay starts at $0.82 up to $0.85 CPM, with $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload.
Full benefits start after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401K, 1 week PTO in first year and more.
Driver can have a rider and a pet once training is over.
Training is 2 days and pays $150/day; after training drivers are paid $150/day during the first week and generally take about 5 days.
Responsibilities100% driver unload: drivers place boxes on conveyor belt and boxes will be stored by store personnel. Drivers do not unload from conveyor belt.
Qualifications- 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Must not have ever failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test regardless of whether you have completed the SAP program.
- Maximum number of jobs based on experience:
- 6–12 months – no more than 4 jobs in the last 36 months.
- 12–24 months – no more than 6 jobs in the last 36 months.
- 24+ months – no more than 8 jobs in the last 36 months.
- Sign‑on bonus $2500.
- Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401K, 1 week PTO in first year.
- Home weekly for minimum 34 hours.
