  Our hardest workers are pulling in $2,000+ weekly ($75k–$100k annually).

  Bank a huge $245 flat for every single trailer you unload.
• Mileage Rate:
  Base pay scaled up to $0.85 CPM depending on your driving history.
• Extras That Add Up:
  Take home $70 for every backhaul and $25 per stop.

The Route & Equipment

• Midwest Lanes:
  Consistent, dedicated routes running through IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.
• Home Time:
  Stop living in the truck. You'll get home 3 to 4 times a week.
• Steady Miles:
  Average a predictable 800 to 1,000 miles per week.
• The Fleet:
  Roll out in modern, comfortable International and Freightliner tractors.
• Training:
  We pay you $150/day during your ride-along training.

Driver Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL.
• Must have at least 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Fully capable and willing to handle physical trailer unloads.
• Flexibility to manage varied dispatch times.
• Must park your truck and trailer at the designated terminal/DC during your home time.
• Clean MVR, solid background check, and strictly not SAP friendly.
