Pre-Qualifications Minimum Age

• At least 23 years of age

• No Drivers over the age of 65 years of age

Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)

• 6 months of verifiable OTR experience in the past 3 years

Moving Violations (max in 3 year period)

• No more than 2 in the past 3 years

Policy on License suspensions

• No active suspensions

DOT Recordable Accidents

• No more than 1 in the past 3 years

* Accident report required if they have accidents

Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years)

• No reckless

• No speeding over 15 mph

• No seat belt in CMV

Max. Number of Jobs- in the last 3 years

• No more than 8 in the past 3 years

• Driver needs to have consecutive and recent experience
