Accounts Payable Manager

West Charlotte, NC

HVAC distribution

$70,000 – $75,000 / Annually; plus potential annual bonus

Fully Onsite; 8am – 5pm, 7am – 4pm, or 7:30am – 4:30pm

Manage 3 direct reports

This position eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Oversee day-to-day AP operations in a high-volume environment for a $100M+ business

Review and process invoices/payments, manage vendor accounts, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies

Train and support the AP team while improving processes and maintaining strong internal controls

ERP/accounting software and Excel experience required

5+ years of AP experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and someone who takes ownership

Family-oriented, personable, and team-focused rather than highly corporate
