Gaston Asphalt Paving is seeking a full-time Laborer to join our teams in Gastonia, NC. This position involves supporting paving and concrete crews by preparing work sites, loading materials, and maintaining tools. The ideal candidate should have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors and demonstrate strong teamwork and safety habits.
Prior experience in construction is helpful, but we provide training for motivated candidates. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
