Metric Search are working with the leading Industrial Contractor to help hire a Design Build Manager (Project Manager).

The Design Build Manager will oversee the design process through to construction of hyperscale Data Centers. From day one, you’ll have real ownership over project performance, financial outcomes, and client relationships.

• Project estimating, scheduling, and cost control

• Collaborating with owners and design teams during early concept phases

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in a design-build environment with a general contractor
• Background in vertical commercial construction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
