Superintendent, Construction

A leading concrete contractor is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial and industrial projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing concrete work while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily field operations for assigned projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity.
• Lead field crews and ensure safety, quality, and schedule expectations are met.
• Track project documentation, including timesheets and delivery tickets.
• Identify and resolve field issues while communicating project updates to the project team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a self-perform general contractor or concrete contractor.
• Demonstrated experience managing concrete on high-rise projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of self-perform concrete construction.
• Experience overseeing projects valued at $1M+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
