Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
Job Summary
Manages field operations individuals to deliver high-quality results and foster professional growth. Guides field teams and trade partners to foster a collaborative environment that anticipates and resolves varied construction challenges, ensuring smooth project execution. Drives adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, reinforcing a culture where every team member is empowered and accountable for maintaining a safe, inclusive, and high-performing jobsite.
Aligns field operations with overall project objectives and client expectations, ensuring that daily decisions consistently drive successful project outcomes and strengthen long-term client relationships. Directs on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards and reinforcing the organization's reputation for general construction operational excellence. Identifies and integrates prefabrication strategies into construction planning and execution by coordinating with prefabrication teams, trade partners, and project leadership.
- Leads, manages, and develops a team of field individuals to achieve exceptional performance and encourage talent development.
- Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and organizational standards.
- Manages coordination with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources, resolve moderately complex issues, manage field related costs and change impacts, and maintain project momentum.
- Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Reviews and approves daily field documentation, including progress reports, safety logs planning documentation (i.e. pre-task-plans), and incident records, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Reviews and communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to project leadership and relevant stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns to support project success.
Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience- 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.
