Customer Service Rep, Bilingual

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional service to internal and external customers. The primary function of this role is to obtain releases of vehicles located at body shops or other locations, including residences, and to support other office functions as needed.
The CSR is the face of the company, often the first interaction customers have with Copart, and may expand to include chat and email support. Responsibilities include answering and placing calls professionally, resolving issues, and using company resources to gather information and provide solutions.
Required Skills and Experience- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail
- Problem‑solving
- Computer proficiency – MS Suite
- Typing speed 45 WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Occasional overtime as needed
$18.00 – $20.29 per hour.
