The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Department of Anesthesiology is searching for a General Anesthesiologist committed to patient care and resident education. UNC Hospitals are located on the main campus of UNC Chapel Hill and provide full‑service tertiary and qua ternary care in a rich academic environment. The department also provides anesthetic care at several community hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers.

The physician will be a member of the faculty practice and has opportunities for scholarly contribution and development.

• Medical degree (MD, DO or equivalent).
• Completion of an ACGME accredited Anesthesiology Residency program (by the anticipated start date).
• ABA certification or eligibility.
• Eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.

• Experience working in an academic setting.
• Teaching graduate level learners (interns, residents, fellows).
• Experience working in a team that includes CRNAs and collaborating with other services.
