Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Includes both scheduled clinical hours and call coverage.
• Call Requirements: Participation in call rotation.
• Patient Management: Manage 8-10 patients per shift and provide rounding for assigned patients.

Requirements:

• Licensing:
  • Licensed in NC only
  • No reimbursement for licensing costs
• Board Certification: Required (Certified preferred)
• Fellowship: Required
• Certifications Required:
  • ACLS
  • BLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45 days
• Temporary Privileges: Available
• Hospital Privileges: Required

Practice Details:

• Patients Per Shift: 8-10
• Bed In Department: 20
• Rounding: Assigned patients as needed.
• Additional Information:
  • The facility is hospital stroke certified.
  • The practice involves both outpatient and inpatient care.
  • EMR systems in use are Athena & Meditech.
