12hr day shifts 7am - 7pm with 6 hours required on-site 2 - 3 patients per day on pediatric floor 6-bed pediatric inpatient unit Night coverage provided by in-house APP 7pm - 7am Lumbar punctures and ventilation management in emergent situations High flow nasal cannula management required ER consults 0 - 1 per day No nursery or NICU coverage required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
