Do you have a passion for children and the outdoors? A love of summer camp and a desire to work in a leadership role? Cub Creek Science Camp is seeking to hire 2 program directors to support our girls village. The position is seasonal (Mid April - Mid September) with potential to convert to year‑round. The program director is responsible for providing direct supervision and coaching to their assigned group of cabins and activities, collaborating with the camp leadership team to develop and run staff training and the summer program, and providing regular coaching to staff to aid in their personal and professional growth.

• Completed at least 3 seasons working in a summer camp – preferably holding a leadership role
• Experience working with children and/or teens in a camp or educational setting
• Valid Driver’s License
• A desire to positively impact the life of a child and willingness to put the needs of campers first
• Passion for science, animals and childhood development
• Clear communicator and empathetic listener
• Self‑motivated and able to work on tasks and assigned goals with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn new concepts and skills
• Team‑player, able to give and take direction from others
• Willingness to adhere to camp’s code of conduct, rules and policies

• $670‑800 per week
• Housing + Laundry
• Meals during the summer season
• Summer Season – 1 weekday off and rotating partial weekend
