Position Summary
The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a fixed‑term faculty member in the field of Organizational Behavior. The successful candidate will teach Business Ethics across undergraduate, MBA, EMBA, and other master’s level programs, beginning January 1, 2027.
Responsibility Overview- Teach Business Ethics in the Undergraduate, MBA and EMBA programs.
- Engage in service activities such as committee work, professional talks, and mentoring.
- Contribute to impact activities, including presentations at meetings and conferences, research, and publications in the field of Organizational Behavior.
- PhD (or foreign equivalent) in Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Human Resource Management completed prior to hire.
- Appointment will be as Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor depending on credentials.
- University‑level teaching experience.
- Experience with online, hybrid, or virtual teaching formats.
