Position Summary

The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a fixed‑term faculty member in the field of Organizational Behavior. The successful candidate will teach Business Ethics across undergraduate, MBA, EMBA, and other master’s level programs, beginning January 1, 2027.

• Teach Business Ethics in the Undergraduate, MBA and EMBA programs.
• Engage in service activities such as committee work, professional talks, and mentoring.
• Contribute to impact activities, including presentations at meetings and conferences, research, and publications in the field of Organizational Behavior.

• PhD (or foreign equivalent) in Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Human Resource Management completed prior to hire.
• Appointment will be as Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor depending on credentials.

• University‑level teaching experience.
• Experience with online, hybrid, or virtual teaching formats.
