This is a non-union position At Enbridge, we know that developing our people are key to delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable energy. We’re looking for a Learning Development Analyst who is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and supporting employee development.
- Analyze learning needs and develop instructor-led, computer-based, and web-based training solutions that align with business objectives and identified training requirements.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials that meet established instructional design and development standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and key stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, project activities, and training development milestones to support successful program delivery.
- Utilize instructional technologies and learning development tools, including eLearning platforms, to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements to learning programs and materials.
- Apply independent judgment and problem-solving skills to develop solutions, address challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Related university degree and 2 years’ experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
- Previous directly related experience in learning and development, instructional design, training development, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly evaluate information, respond to questions, and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Preferred:
Experience applying Info Mapping principles and tools. - Experience developing computer-based training (CBT) and web-based training (WBT).
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning development platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale learning initiatives or corporate training programs.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with 76% to 100% of work performed in an office environment. Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders, instructors, and subject matter experts. Occasional flexibility may be required to support project timelines and training delivery schedules.
Salary:
Ranges from $$65,800 - $88,700 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
