Water Engineer Lead

Compensation

• Salary Range: 100,000 – 130,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams on water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee planning, design, and technical execution for municipal utilities.
• Ensure project quality and efficiency with thorough engineering calculations and documentation.
• Drive project profitability and client satisfaction with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate staffing and project schedules for timely completion.
• Conduct QA/QC of all project documents and reports.
• Support marketing and client engagement efforts through proposal preparation and project delivery.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer Licensure
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Strong technical background in water or wastewater infrastructure.
• Master’s, BCEE, PMP, or LEED AP preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Active engagement in professional and industry organizations.
