Application Engineer

Amphenol Procom is a leading global provider of robust wireless communication infrastructure products and seeking an RF specialist who loves solving technical challenges and building customer relationships.

As our Application Engineer you'll be the technical expert behind our telecom solutions — partnering with our sales team, working directly with clients, and helping shape the products we build.

What you'll do:

• Support business development by identifying and growing new opportunities in the RF space
• Join Sales Managers on customer visits, and represent us at trade shows and industry events
• Serve as the subject matter expert on RF systems — antennas, filters, and combiners
• Deliver pre-sales support: demos, presentations, and technical workshops
• Translate complex RF concepts into clear, accessible language for customers
• Bridge customers and our internal R&D, engineering, and product teams
• Feed customer insights back into product development to drive quality and reliability

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
• 2–4 years in technical sales, supporting commercial teams
• Hands-on experience with RF systems — antennas, filters, and combiners
• Strong knowledge of antenna design, applications, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
