Whether it’s a sold-out concert orcomedy show or a blockbuster Broadway Production, you’ll be one of our unsungheroes working to ensure everyone has a safe and secure experience. As an Event Screener, you’ll also be the smiling face to our guests, ready to answer questions and lend a helping hand.

What you’ll do:- Customer Service Approach:
Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming smile as guests enter the venue. - Screening Guests:
Monitorwalk-through screening systems at designatedentrances to screen guests ensuring safety and security. - Guidance and Assistance:
Provide directional assistance and guidance to guests asneeded outside and inside the venue. - Crowd Control:
Monitor front-of-house ingress and remain aware of your surroundings. - Seating Area Observation:
Redeployinside seating area to serve as additional support for guest needs.
- Adherence to Protocols:
Commit to following safety and security protocols and guidelines. - Abilityto Work Under Pressure:
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor to contribute to a positive guest experience, even in challenging situations.

RequirementsPhysical Requirements:
- Abilityto perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Possesseffective vision and communication skills through speech and listening.
- Abilityto stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout a shift.
- Abilityto work in a variety of environments including heights, darkenedcorridors, loud noise, flashing lights, and haze effects.
- Available for flexible hours year-round, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation to Durham, NC.
- Accessto a mobile device such as tablet, personal computer, smartphone for scheduling.
- Mustbe at least 18 years old.
- Legallyable to work in the United States.
