Process and Administrative Analyst
Do you enjoy analyzing data and improving processes? We are expanding our Corporate team and are looking for a Process and Administration Analyst to join us. Your mission will be to ensure the effective management, control, and optimization of administrative, accounting, tax, and treasury processes related to people management. You will bring a strong analytical mindset, a data-driven approach, and a continuous improvement perspective to enhance the efficiency and quality of the company's financial operations.
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing accounting processes related to employees, including payroll reconciliations, salary costs, Social Security contributions, advances, severance payments, compensation packages, travel expenses, benefits in kind, and tax prepayments.
- Coordinating and executing tax-related processes involving employees and external collaborators, ensuring the accurate management of personal income tax (IRPF), dividends, and other tax obligations.
- Managing treasury-related processes associated with employees, such as travel expense reimbursements, salary advances, severance payments, garnishments, and other related transactions.
- Maintaining and updating employee information within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system, including onboarding and offboarding processes, work calendars, employee costs, work locations, vacation records, and project assignments.
- Analyzing and improving administrative and financial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains, and automation.
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of all managed data.
- Collaborating closely with different departments to ensure effective information flow and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Participating in additional activities and projects within the Finance Management Operations department, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for professionals with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, as well as experience in managing administrative, accounting, tax, or treasury processes. Experience in personnel administration environments and knowledge of labor-related processes and regulations will be highly valued.
