As an Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) Qualified Professional, you will work directly with youth experiencing serious emotional and behavioral challenges. This is hands‑on, impactful work that supports families in their homes, communities, schools, and daily environments.

You do NOT need a clinical license to apply.

• Deliver family-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to youth with significant emotional or behavioral needs.
• Support members in managing daily challenges and building healthy coping skills.

• Assist in developing individualized crisis plans.
• Respond professionally and calmly during crisis situations to ensure safety and stability.

• Help create and revise Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) and related clinical tools.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment with regulatory and agency standards.

• Coordinate assessments and ensure linkage to needed medical, psychological, and community services.
• Advocate for members across multiple systems, ensuring their needs are met.

• Identify and engage community resources and natural supports to promote long-term stability.

• Participate in weekly clinical meetings and case consultations.
• Attend required clinical supervision and ongoing training to strengthen skills.

• Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide culturally competent services that respect each family’s values and needs.

• Assist in planning for transitions and discharges with appropriate follow-up support.

Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience combinations:

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with at least 2 years of experience working with the population served.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 4 years of experience working with the population served.
• Master’s degree in a human services field with at least 1 year of experience.
• Master’s degree in any field with at least 2 years of experience.

No clinical license required.

This is a community-based role. Work may occur in:

• Homes
• Schools
• Community centers
• Clinics
• Other community environments

Must be able to:

• Drive regularly
• Walk, stand, or stoop
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Maintain CPR certification (training provided)
