Sign on bonus up to $5,000 (depending on experience)
Job Summary- Performs a variety of technical duties under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures.
- Assures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure.
- Cleans surgical instruments and delivers to sterile supply for processing.
- Sets up sterile tables for vaginal deliveries and delivers equipment to room.
- Transports dirty equipment from deliveries and cleans equipment.
- Completion of 12th grade (high school) or equivalent.
- Completion of accredited surgical technologist program required.
- Certification by the Association of Surgical Technologists is preferred for surgical technologist.
- Current BCLS Certification.
