Moe's Southwest Grill - Up to $75000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability.;
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in Quality, Service & Cleanliness; address complaints to convert dissatisfied guests into regulars.;
Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues and develop staff through feedback and performance reviews.;
Maintain staffing plans, interview candidates, and ensure proper staffing levels and Moe's hiring protocols.;
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Sterling operational standards including health inspections and Rose inspections.
