Human Resources Associate - ASPIRE LDP (North Carolina, United States)

Join Mohawk Industries as a Human Resources Associate within our ASPIRE Leadership Development Program. This 18‑24‑month rotational program combines real‑world projects, continuous learning, and exposure to multiple business areas to build future leaders.

The program runs for 18‑24 months, with 18 months devoted to professional development modules (one per quarter). Participants rotate within their assigned business unit to gain the skills and insights needed for success. Rotations include leadership exposure and hands‑on special projects across the organization.

Roles are available in Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Information Systems, Human Resources, and Sustainability.

This specific ASPIRE role is a Human Resources Associate. You will be an integral part of the Wood & Laminate Human Resources team and rotate through different functional areas within HR.

• Recently graduated (within the last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent academic record with a minimum GPA of 2.7.
• 0–2+ years of relevant work experience (internship(s) preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States.
• A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations.

• Collaborating with a fast‑paced team while maintaining strong organization and professionalism.
• Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in written, oral, and interpersonal forms.
• Achieving results through teamwork, challenging established practices, and drawing relevant conclusions.

• Domestic travel required and will be reimbursed.
