Senior Workday Reporting & Analytics Analyst
Salary up to $135,000
Raleigh, NC | 4 days onsite
We’re supporting a large U.S. organization with a mature Workday environment that’s investing heavily in reporting, analytics, and data quality across HR and people systems. They’re looking to add a senior-level Workday Reporting and Analytics Analyst who can own reporting strategy, partner closely with the business, and elevate how data is used across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of HR, analytics, and systems, and is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business questions into clean, scalable Workday reporting solutions.

Responsibilities- Designing, building, and maintaining complex Workday reports across advanced, matrix, composite, and custom reporting
- Developing dashboards, discovery boards, worksheets, and analytics outputs that support leadership decision-making
- Leveraging Workday Prism Analytics to create and manage multiple use cases, data sources, and insights
- Partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable reporting
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security in line with Workday governance and role-based security
- Supporting compliance, audit, and regulatory reporting needs
- Troubleshooting reporting issues and continuously improving performance and usability
- Supporting Workday releases by testing, validating, and enhancing reporting functionality
- Creating documentation, job aids, and guidance to support internal users and self-service reporting
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools, including calculated fields and performance optimization
- Deep exposure to Workday Prism Analytics with multiple real-world use cases
- Solid understanding of Workday data structures and HR business processes
- Experience building reports and dashboards for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, enterprise environment handling sensitive data
- Workday Reporting or Prism certifications
- Broader exposure to Workday HCM, Payroll, or Benefits
- Experience supporting large or complex Workday tenants
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices
- Experience working with HR ticketing or case management tools
