Integration Cloud Solution Engineer / Implementation Architect
Senior, hands‑on role dedicated to helping Oracle customers implement best practices and maximize the value of Oracle Cloud solutions. As a client advocate, you provide deep product expertise and translate business needs into seamless, integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of Integration Solutions on Cloud by collaborating with clients’ business teams to capture requirements and provide tailored support.
- Lead the deployment of services within Oracle PaaS/SaaS Cloud, including building new service toolkits and setting up the necessary tools and infrastructure.
- Identify potential risks and problem areas within the integration process, and develop effective procedures and workarounds to mitigate challenges.
- Train and mentor other Oracle resources, guiding them based on project requirements and best practices.
- Act as an advisor during pre‑sales activities, specifically around integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and peers within the business unit to enhance products and expand the capabilities of services offered to Oracle customers.
- Contribute to engineering efforts for building tools, including feature evaluation, selection, task automation, visualization, and integration efforts.
- Drive acceleration of cloud adoption in high‑potential customer accounts by providing in‑depth technical expertise and solutions.
- Assist in the operational support of cloud deployments, including the creation and delivery of technical content, with a strong focus on Oracle SaaS & PaaS cloud services.
- Engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders—such as development teams, support units, Oracle consulting services, and third‑party partners—to promote and drive Oracle Cloud adoption.
- Over 10 years of experience in large‑scale IT implementations, specifically involving Middleware integration components.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite.
- Strong working knowledge of VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) and Process Cloud Service (PCS).
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting applications across multiple cloud platforms.
- In‑depth understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services.
- In‑depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware products.
- Proficient in APEX (Application Express) and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
- Strong background in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
- Experience with Unix and UNIX‑like operating systems, including RH Linux and Oracle Linux.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), capable of handling executive escalations and presenting solutions effectively.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with tools and languages such as Python, Terraform, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Proficient in using REST APIs for system integration.
- Strong understanding of open‑source technologies and cloud services.
- Self‑starter with a passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Adept at handling technical issues, developing action plans, and leading solutions.
- Willing to travel up to 30% for client visits and internal sessions.
US:
Hiring range $52.50 - $107.40 per hour; $109,200 - $223,400 per year. May be eligible for equity.
