We are seeking a highly motivated Advisor – Business Analysis to represent Customer Care Operations (CC Ops) while partnering closely with Enterprise Technology & Information Services (TIS).
This role is responsible for facilitating end-to-end business requirements gathering, supporting Customer Information System (CIS) implementations, and ensuring successful delivery of prioritized system enhancements and changes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with enterprise functional and technical teams to support all phases of Customer Information System (CIS) implementation, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Collect, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Conduct and support CIS system testing, including parallel billing validation and issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships with Customer Care Operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Develop and distribute stakeholder communications outlining impacts of system enhancements and changes.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, clarifying requirements and providing ongoing support.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Apply analytical thinking, problem solving, and critical reasoning to drive complete end-to-end requirements gathering and solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related discipline
- (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
- Proven experience supporting large-scale Customer Information System (CIS) implementations across full lifecycle phases (design, build, test, and deployment).
- Hands-on experience with CIS and CRM applications, preferably Oracle CCB.
- Strong understanding of Customer Care Operations processes and business needs.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with report development, database querying, and reporting tools is a plus.
