Job Summary:Join a highly specialized boutique business law team supporting innovative technology and life‑sciences companies. This role offers the opportunity to work with a firm known for its deep expertise in tech, biotech, and entrepreneurial ventures, delivering strategic, responsive, and cost‑effective legal guidance. You’ll collaborate with a small, agile group that partners closely with groundbreaking science and biotech organizations. You'll help them navigate IP challenges, protect brand assets, and support high‑growth business operations.
This team is known for its hands‑on, business‑minded approach, strong client relationships, and a culture that embraces innovation.
- Support trademark litigation matters for clients across tech, science, and biotech industries
- Assist with written discovery, research, pleadings, and motion practice
- Participate in or prepare for remote depositions
- Work collaboratively with a small team serving high‑growth, innovation‑focused clients
- Apply familiarity with biotech/life sciences issues when applicable (helpful, not required)
- Licensed attorney with experience in trademark/IP litigation is a must
- Comfortable working remotely with flexible, part‑time hours
- Strong communicator with excellent writing and research skills
- Able to operate independently and within a small, fast‑paced legal team
- Experience with clients in biotech, life sciences, or tech‑driven sectors is highly preferred
