A global manufacturing firm located in Gastonia, North Carolina, is looking for a Planning Team Lead to oversee supply, demand, and S&OP processes. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in a multinational environment and a Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or Business. Key responsibilities include implementing planning processes to improve inventory and service levels, leading demand and supply planning activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

A strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, is essential.
