About the RoleDelivery Driver
The salary range for this role is $15.75 to $16.50 per hour. This position is store-based and involves driving, installing, demonstrating merchandise, and helping with store operations.

Delivery Drivers Keep Aaron’s Moving:
You will drive, install, and show customers how to use merchandise, and support store operations by moving and picking up items.
- Load, secure, and protect merchandise.
- Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle.
- Assist in store operations when needed.
- Working knowledge of electronics.
- Desire to help customers.
- Age: 21 (18 in Canada).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly; training provided.
- Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun.
- Valid driver’s license required (no CDL).
- No overnight travel.
