The Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for safely delivering, assembling, and setting up furniture in customers' homes, ensuring an exceptional white-glove customer experience.
They serve as the final in-home touchpoint, directly impacting customer satisfaction and brand perception.
Additional duties include supporting showroom operations, warehouse activities, and customer account follow-ups to provide a seamless, customer-centric service.
The role requires
- strong customer service and communication skills
- basic mechanical aptitude for furniture assembly
- attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- problem-solving and judgment skills
- ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
- physical ability to lift and move heavy items
- independent and team-oriented work style
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver s license required
- Bilingual skills may be a plus.
