IONNA is seeking a highly organized and analytical Inventory Analyst to maintain accurate, end-to-end visibility of service parts and critical inventory supporting IONNA’s nationwide EV charging network.
This role will track parts throughout their complete lifecycle, including on-hand inventory, forward stocking locations, field deployment, return merchandise authorization (RMA), repair, retrofit, replenishment, warranty claims, and return to available stock. The Inventory Analyst will monitor the time each part remains in a particular status, identify delays or exceptions, and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure inventory progresses through its lifecycle within applicable service-level requirements.
The Inventory Analyst will also analyze consumption and demand patterns, recommend changes to inventory levels as the network scales, maintain forward stocking strategies across the country, coordinate upgrades and retrofits to keep parts aligned with current EVSE product generations, and execute time-sensitive shipments to and from the field.

Key Performance Indicators- Inventory Accuracy:
Inventory record accuracy across systems, warehouses, vendors, and forward stocking locations. - Lifecycle Performance:
Part cycle time and percentage of inventory progressing within contractual or operational SLAs. - Field Execution Support:
Fulfillment, communication, planning, and inventory-related delay performance supporting field execution. - Site Operations Support:
Timely fulfillment of inventory requirements across planned and unplanned Site Operations activities.
Inventory Lifecycle Management
- Track parts across their complete lifecycle, including on-hand inventory, reserved inventory, field deployment, installation, unused field stock, RMA, repair, replenishment, retrofit, and return to available stock.
- Maintain accurate and timely inventory status information within IONNA’s designated inventory management and workflow systems.
- Coordinate the timely use, transfer, return, repair, or disposition of parts to minimize inactive, stranded, or unavailable inventory.
- Maintain clear lifecycle status definitions, escalation triggers, and ownership requirements
- Confirm replacement or replenishment inventory is received and accurately recorded.
- Vendor and Service Provider Accountability
- Hold vendors and service providers that receive, store, transport, repair, install, or replenish IONNA inventory accountable for completing required inventory activities within applicable contractual and operational requirements.
- Escalate overdue activity, recurring process breakdowns, inventory discrepancies, and vendor noncompliance to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Partner with Procurement and Contract Management to identify recurring performance gaps and support enforcement of applicable contractual obligations.
- Recommend process, reporting, or control improvements when vendor practices create inventory visibility or availability risks.
- Follow up with responsible vendors on RMAs that remain inactive or exceed applicable turnaround requirements.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, materials coordination, warehouse operations, field service logistics, or a related role.
- Experience tracking inventory across multiple locations, vendors, warehouses, or field operations.
- Knowledge of inventory lifecycle stages, including stock, allocation, deployment, returns, RMA, replenishment, repair, retrofit, and disposition.
- Strong analytical skills to assess usage, aging, demand, availability, and replenishment needs.
