A leading transportation manufacturer in Gastonia, NC is seeking an E-coat Technician to oversee chemical processes on the E-Coat line. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate testing and adjustments of chemical baths while performing preventive maintenance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a forklift operator certification. Experience or certification in wastewater management is highly desirable.

This full-time role requires a passion for process improvements and attention to detail.
