As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, producing precision components that are integral to our high-performance coupling systems. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components. A key part of the role is to inspect products to drawing specifications. Candidates should be able to read blueprints and use measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform inspections. Ideal candidates will have the ability to recognize machining issues and make necessary adjustments.

What You’ll Do:- Operate multiple CNC machines
- Work safely around equipment and coworkers
- Participate in training and learn about Dixon products
- Perform daily maintenance activities
- Demonstrate flexibility with rotating assignments
- Work as part of a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of CNC experience is preferred
- Experience as a CNC Mill or Lathe Operator is preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is required
Mechanical aptitude - Ability to use measuring tools and read blueprints
- Ability to use shop mathematics
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift
- Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team
