Position Overview
A Production Associate is an entry-level role in our bakery and a valuable member of the production team focused on safely and consistently producing the highest quality product possible for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate high-powered machinery and consistently produce high-quality products.
- Package products, mix ingredients, and move, stack, or carry materials and equipment used in production.
- Examine and reject products that do not meet specification; observe, maintain, and address quality issues to prevent waste.
- Participate in and successfully complete all company-approved training, audits, and required safety protocols, maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and superior quality standards.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stack or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable working in a warm environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Starting pay $20.97 per hour. Shift varies. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
