• Surface Preparation:
  
  Thoroughly clean and prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by using various methods such as cleaning agents, sanding, masking, and other surface preparation techniques.
• Powder Coating Application:
  Skillfully apply powder coatings to metal products using electrostatic spray guns, ensuring even and consistent coverage while minimizing waste.
• Curing Process:
  
  Operatecuring ovens to properly cure the powder coating, adhering to specified time and temperature settings to achieve the desired finish.
• Quality Control:
  
  Inspectfinishedproductsforflaws,irregularities,and adherence to quality standards; perform necessary touch-ups or rework as needed tomaintainhigh-quality finishes.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  
  Maintain andclean powder coating equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Workplace Safety:
  Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while handling materials,operating equipment, and working in the powder coating area.
