Position Summary

The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive qualified lead generation, nurture prospects, and support revenue growth. This role leads the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns—including email, e-commerce, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing—to attract and convert target audiences.

By optimizing lead generation funnels and leveraging marketing automation and CRM systems, the B2B Marketing Manager ensures seamless prospect journeys from awareness to conversion, while strategically using marketing initiatives to generate qualified inbound calls and leads that directly support account managers and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and nurture leads.
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, content marketing).
  • Optimize lead generation funnels to convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research & competitive analysis to refine targeting.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools & CRM systems.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, SEO, PPC, email, social and content marketing
  • Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to optimize initiatives and maximize results.
