Schedule Coordinator Registered Nurse -Perioperative Serv

Job Summary
:
Plan, manage, coordinate and evaluate operations of the department. Maintains accountability for staff and department performance. Participate in organization-wide coordination of patient care and integration of departmental activities consistent with the corporate, division, and departmental mission, goals and values.

Qualifications : Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license) . BSN preferred. Two years progressive nursing experience in an acute hospital with outstanding leadership skills documented. Thorough knowledge of perioperative nursing principles, methods, and technique. Ability to deal tactfully with staff, patients, physicians, ancillary professionals and families . Considerable ability to manage, coach and provide a motivated environment.
