Fellowship Program DescriptionOak Street Health’s NP Fellowship in Adult Primary Care is a 12‑month paid program in collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Fellows spend the first year building their own patient panels, learning from multiple preceptors, and engaging in didactic content that builds on graduate training. All fellows commit to working at Oak Street for at least one year after program completion and may continue their careers within the organization.

- Family, adult, or adult‑gerontology primary care nurse practitioners who graduated or will graduate between December 2024 and May 2026
- Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the fellowship program location for at least the next two years
- Have not yet worked as an NP
- Minimum of one year experience, within the last five years, working as an adult RN
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program
- Have passed, or in the process of passing, NP board examinations by 6/6/2026
- Currently holds or will hold by 8/3/2026 an active, non‑probationary state NP license
- A genuine passion for adult primary care
