Schedule:

Virtual practice support during the day and shared in‑person after‑hours care in the evenings and weekends (5–8 pm M‑F; 8 am–8 pm Sat‑Sun).

• Provide inbox coverage for affiliated clinicians, manage refill requests, and perform virtual visits and eVisits.
• Deliver in‑person care for shared after‑hours coverage, supporting clinicians who are out of office.
• Perform initial and periodic medical history, physical examinations, and daily assessments for pediatric patients.
• Record findings, develop care plans, and write prescriptions and orders for laboratory and radiology examinations.
• Execute minor medical and surgical procedures as needed.
• Document all patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records.
• Act as a patient advocate and contribute to group meetings and policy development.
• Participate in night, swing, holiday, and weekend coverage; total weekly coverage may exceed 400 hours.

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in an advanced practice specialty (e.g., ACNP, AGACNP, AGNP, PNP, or PNP‑AC).
• Eligibility for a DEA license and prescriptive authority in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support certification (valid for > 90 days).
• Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English to patients, families, and colleagues.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform tasks that require walking, standing, and bending.

$51.05 – $76.60 per hour.

Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Must lift and support up to 35 pounds. Must remain alert and able to perform under stressful conditions during a mixed rotation of shifts covering weekdays, nights, swing, holidays, and weekends.
