Liberty Cares With Compassion in Gastonia/Lincoln area is seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem position. The RN will provide patient care, documentation that meets reimbursement guidelines, and coordinate care with family, patient, physician and the Hospice team.
Responsibilities include attending IDT meetings, communicating with patients and families at all levels, and collaborating with agency staff. Travel and varied shifts may be required.
