Job Overview

We’re thrilled to offer an immediate full‑time opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well‑established Level III NICU team at Caro Mont Regional Medical Center, located in the vibrant Charlotte suburb of Gastonia, NC.

• Provide advanced neonatal patient care in a 16‑bed Level III NICU environment.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and fellow NNPs to deliver high‑quality, family‑centered care.
• Support newborn wellness and developmental care across the NICU, newborn nursery, and nursery coverage.
• Assist with shift coverage, including 20‑hour day shifts and nighttime home call as needed.

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master’s degree
