Peak Resources Gastonia seeks a qualified MDS Nurse RN to join our team. The role coordinates RAI and Care Management from admission to discharge, in accordance with Company P&Ps, state and federal guidelines. The position offers full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) plan.
Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm. Must have NC RN license, RAC certification in future, and strong communication skills.
