We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Charge Nurse to join our team at Belaire Health Care Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing unit. • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as necessary

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff members to ensure seamless care delivery

• Conduct quality assessments and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure high-quality care

• Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, dietary, and social services, to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
