Job Summary:The RN Float Nurse has the responsibility of providing direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients across sites (Gastonia and Shelby). Works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Services Director but is independent in the application of basic nursing knowledge and skills. Specifications
Education :
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience :
Has practiced nursing in the last 3 years. Has 3 years of RN experience (or a combination of RN and LPN experience) with at least 1 year of experience working with the frail, elderly population.
