- Provide specialized neonatal care in a 16-bed Level-III NICU for approximately 320 admissions annually.
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists to deliver high-quality, family-centered care.
- Assist in neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and ongoing management.
- Help with coverage of newborn nursery alongside NICU duties.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and patient care planning.
- Support family education and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards of neonatal care.
Required:
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certified (FNP, PNP, or other certifications not accepted)
- 2+ years of current NNP experience (not including RN experience)
- Valid NC license or ability to obtain
- Experience in Level-III NICU settings
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
