The Greens at Gastonia is a Long-Term Care facility committed to providing individualized, quality care and rehabilitation to our residents. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Weekend Wound Nurse to join our nursing team.

As our Weekend Wound Nurse, you will:
- Assess and monitor residents with wounds and skin concerns
- Provide wound treatments according to physician orders and established care plans
- Complete accurate wound assessments and documentation
- Monitor healing progress and identify changes in resident condition
- Communicate concerns and changes to physicians and nursing leadership
- Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team
- Assist with preventing skin breakdown and promoting positive wound outcomes
- Ensure wound care supplies and treatments are appropriately maintained
- Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license
- Wound care experience
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Dependable and committed to providing excellent resident care
- Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts
