- Day Shift Grid- 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC
- Night Shift Grid- 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC
Patient Ratios 4/1 at grid 5/1 stretched
Type of equipment IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, Chest tube, Trachs, Patient lifts
EMR
- Cerner
- Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Neuro and Trauma Care experience
- Neuro and Trauma Care experience
- Neuro and spinal checks
- C-Collar placement, TLSO braces
- Chest tube, PCA pump, IV infusions
- Lumber drain
- Feeding tube placement
- Blood transfusion
- Team player, patient focused
CERTIFICATIONS:
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Stepdown units, Med-surg units
- Scrub Color/Attire
- Navy blue
