Schedule Details/Additional Information:Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Working in clinic setting with very cohesive group. Very busy oncology clinic. Oncology experience preferred but not required.
Pay Range:$35.50 - $53.25
Sign-on Bonus:Eligible
Where You Will Work:We are an adult medical oncology community medicine practice located in Gastonia, NC. Our providers are general medical oncologist that treat patients with all types of cancers. Offering the region’s most highly trained experts, a large suite of support services, and the latest clinical trials – some only available at a few sites across the country – we’re here to care for you through every step of your cancer journey.
We’reLooking For:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- BSN preferred
- Oncology experience preferred
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.
- Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence care outcomes.
- Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
- Continuously evaluates patient, team, and unit outcomes, taking action as needed.
- May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and according to clinical protocols and procedures.
