Overview

A progressive partner hospital in Gastonia, NC is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its close-knit, community-focused team. This practice delivers high-quality, modern veterinary care using technology such as cold laser therapy, ultrasound, and digital x-rays, in a Fear-Free Certified environment. This role emphasizes work-life balance, team collaboration, and community impact.

• Provide comprehensive patient care including diagnostics, surgery, and wellness visits
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff using a relationship-centered approach
• Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of care
• Build lasting relationships with clients and the Gastonia/Charlotte community
• Support staff development through participation in training programs
• Manage a diverse caseload across appointments, diagnostics, and procedures

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution (or completion of ECFVG or PAVE)
• Active NC veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• Clinical experience with comfort in surgery, diagnostics, and general care
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to professional excellence
